Cameron Kretschmann

With decades of extensive experience in civil construction, including 20 years as a company director, Cameron has developed a broad range of engineering and management skills. He is well-regarded in the industry, known as a trustworthy and effective communicator due to the transparent approach to his work. His expertise includes bridgeworks, roadworks, PUP construction/relocation, electrical/ICT infrastructure, marine works, and rail works.

Cameron strives to leverage his extensive engineering, contract management, and project management experience to deliver best practice services whilst consistently meeting time, quality, safety, environmental and financial constraints.

Lee Marshall

With 20+ years of experience in transport planning, project management, and business management, Lee is an infrastructure professional dedicated to delivering successful projects across consulting and government sectors. Lee’s proactive and positive leadership style fosters collaboration, enabling him to create highly effective teams that work together successfully to meet expectations. Lee specialises in infrastructure project and program management, commercial management, and alliance-style contract delivery, and has experience in navigating the complexities of diverse asset portfolios.

Lee’s experience across several sectors spans all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-feasibility to construction and maintenance of operational assets - showcasing his ability to drive value for both public and private sector clients.
